Automation

Systems that work for you

  • n8n
  • Claude Code

I design automations and AI agents for the tasks that come back every day: publishing, following up, monitoring, reporting. These are real workflows, filmed in my n8n, with their real executions.

Real case · Live · 2026

Publishing on LinkedIn hands-free.

The workflow checks the schedule every 5 minutes, picks the right format, publishes the post and saves its link. The carousel in this video went out in 23 seconds.

Real case · Live · 2026

Getting alerted as soon as an automation fails.

One workflow watches the others. When one fails, it sends a Telegram alert and records the error in the schedule.

Tell me what you need

Real case · Live · 2026

Scheduling a post from a simple form.

The workflow receives the form, saves the media, puts it online, adds the post to the schedule and confirms on Telegram.

Real case · Paused · 2026

Getting the weekly report without calculating anything.

The workflow collects account and post figures, calculates the results, has Claude write the report, then sends and archives it.

Sorting comments and replying in the right tone.

Claude sorts each comment: question, compliment, customer, spam or other. The workflow prepares the right reply, flags potential customers and hides spam.

Tell me what you need

Publishing on Instagram with an AI-written caption.

If the caption is missing, Claude writes it. The workflow prepares the media, waits until Instagram is ready, publishes, then removes the temporary files.

Also in StudioBooking

Automations
inside my software.

These systems run inside StudioBooking, outside n8n. They handle prospecting, monitoring and customer follow-up.

  • Prospecting agent

It finds cultural venues, checks their addresses, writes and follows up: up to 40 emails a day. A doubtful address waits for human approval.

  • Automatic repair

Every 30 minutes, a health check restarts what failed and alerts me only if the repair fails.

  • Payment reminders

A failed payment is followed up the same day, then 3 and 7 days later.

  • Waiting list

A freed slot is held for 30 minutes for the first person on the list, then offered to the next.

  • Payment reconciliation

Every night, Stripe payments are compared with bookings, and differences are flagged.

Which task takes up too much of your time?

Describe it in a few lines. I’ll tell you whether it can be automated, and how.
